Today, ABA Centers of Pennsylvania hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony in Langhorne, PA, to unveil its third autism care center in the state. This clinic will provide diagnostic and autism care services to the Langhorne community and the greater Bucks County region.
ABA Centers of Pennsylvania provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with autism through a play-based approach rooted in positive reinforcement. The organization was founded to disrupt the autism care industry by demolishing wait times traditionally experienced by those in search of a diagnosis or treatment. It’s common for families to be waitlisted from many months to several years to receive these services for their children, but ABA Centers of Pennsylvania typically has a child in therapy within 47 days from the time initial contact is made with the organization.
“1 in 36 children are diagnosed with autism in the United States and ABA Centers of Pennsylvania was founded to improve the quality of autism care that our children receive,” said Markeisha Fan, Executive Director of ABA Center of Pennsylvania’s Langhorne center.
This autism care center offers an expansive 14,000 square feet for individualized autism therapy services to take place. The strategically designed center will provide children with a vibrant, immersive, and engaging environment to receive the therapy lessons that will help them navigate life on the spectrum and teach them the tools to achieve a robust and fulfilling future, and the organization is already serving nearly 100 kiddos throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
“Since I graduated from Temple University many years ago, I have been committed to making an impact in the amazing state of Pennsylvania,” remarked Christopher Barnett, Founder of ABA Centers. “This is now the third clinic that we’ve opened to serve the southeastern region this year alone and we are honored to provide help – and hope – to families during what can be a vulnerable time.”
During the ribbon cutting ceremony, the center was presented with certificates of recognition from both US Representative Brian Fitzpatrick and Pennsylvania State Senator Frank Farry’s offices.
ABA Centers of Pennsylvania’s Langhorne autism care center is located at 900 Town Center Dr., Langhorne, PA. The organization has additional locations in Bala Cynwyd and Wayne. More information about the organization, this new clinic, and the services it offers can be found at www.abacenterspa.com.
